Awareness

The introduction and maintenance of values within companies passes through "awareness" paths in which all the people who are part of the organization are involved.

For example, are we sure that everyone in our organization is aware of what we mean when we talk about concepts such as "sustainability", "inclusion" or "diversity"?

And how do we keep these values alive over time, even despite the physiological turnover of our collaborators and the continuous change of the context in which we operate?

 

To ensure that these values spread at all levels, we help companies to build organizational systems that combinegood practices, "awareness" courses and experiential workshops. All this also using modern technologies and applying the provisions contained in the various compliance rules.

Research

Companies are first and foremost made up of people, who interact with each other and with the context that surrounds them, using the resources at their disposal.

For companies to prosper, it is therefore important that "social" sustainability is guaranteed within it, to ensure that every employee feels in an environment that enhances and supports the peculiarities of each one.

 

In this context, it is essential to monitor the evolution of social phenomena that influence organizations.

 

We at Intineris do it through one oneconstant study of the world around us, participating inresearch projects in partnership with university professors and international organizational experts.
